Study On The Collective Forest Tenure Reform In Zhumadian City

Collective forest tenure reform is a major operating system changes in rural China after the household contract responsibility system. Collective forest right system reform is that forest management rights will be handed over to peasants, and farmers not only have the dominant position of the operation, but also enjoy the right of ownership, disposal and usufruct while maintaining the same ownership of forest land. Drawing lessons from the experiences of collective forest tenure reform in Fujian Province, author puts forward some suggestions and opinions of resolving a series of possible problems appeared after collective forest tenure reform in rural areas according to the actual situation and the experience in collective forest tenure reform in Zhumadian city.
