Performance Analysis On Collective Forest Tenure Reform Of Nanping City

This paper starts with the significance of collective forest development and severe condition confronted in China, and organizes systematically the history and current condition of collective forest development in the south, summarizes the latest research results of collective forest in academe, including the study on legitimization of tenure reform on collective forest, the study on existent problems on the the collective forest reform, the study on different thoughts of tenure reform on collective forest and so on. The author chooses various academic research tools and methods scientifically, and analyses the process, the present condition, the existent problems and reasons of collective forest reform, especially emphasizing on the forestry development, the life of the peasant's , the rural economy in the south during the tenure reform on forest etc. This paper also states the constructive strategy to the suitable system reform on financing, technology and industry policy. The author propose to establish the collective forest management system and mechanism adapted to the current development on collective forest. In addition, this paper still concerns the developing course of rural demoracy and the issue of building new socialist rural area.
