Social stability is an important prerequisite to build a harmonious society. Labor relations are the key to social stability. Therefore, in order to build a harmonious society, it is of great importance to strengthen CSR, guarantee workers rights and foster a kind of harmonious labor relations.This thesis starts from the perspective of CSR and takes some corporations in one district of Changsha as an example to discuss the problem of guaranteeing workers rights. First, the thesis makes clear some concepts such as CSR and workers rights, then presents a comprehensive theoretic statement on the research carried out domestically and abroad as to how to strengthen CSR and guarantee workers rights. The emphasis of this thesis lies on Stakeholder Theory in the CSR theory and Social Justice and Social Exchange in Sociology, providing a theoretical basis to research the problem as how to guarantee workers rights.The following conclusion might be drawn from the research done in the Changsha corporations: Presently, there are still some problems concerned with guaranteeing workers rights. There is some interrelationship existing between these problems and corporate magnitude, ownership structure and life circle. Social Justice is used to analyze the conclusion.At last, the thesis discusses the reasonableness, particularities and stages to guarantee workers rights in present-day China from the perspective of CSR. At the same time, supported by some concrete examples, this thesis put forward some suggestions and policies to guarantee workers rights, including: perfect the legal system and legal guaranteeing mechanism, build up the index system to evaluate workers rights guaranteeing, upgrade the workers' self-consciousness to protect their own rights, give the functions of trade union full play and strengthen the functions of some related social departments.
