Research On Dynamical System In New Rural Construction

New rural construction is an important measure in carrying out scientific development view. Construction of harmonious society has the real all-round basis only when rural area fulfills a modest level of prosperity and then overall well-off society. Just because of this, in the process of building well-off society and constructing harmonious society, new rural construction has important history and practical significance without doubt. New rural construction is an important strategic decision made by the central government, which sketch out the strategic target that contains "develop the production, get people rich life, build custom civilization, keep a clean and tidy village, and practice democratic management".Based on amount of field survey and literature searching, this paper discovers that "develop the production" which is the most substantial guarantee in new rural construction is lack of effective operation. Thus the increasing trend of income gap between urban and rural residents is not mitigated because of new rural construction, even a lot of social problems appeared, such as abandoned farmlands, rear children, and empty nest elderly. Based on above problems, how to get the new rural construction sustainable dynamic is the problem we need to solve urgently, and which is also the reality significance of this article.Starting from the analysis of "Yiwu experience", the paper tends to seek the internal dynamic system that how could Yiwu achieve such success under "zero resources". Then resolute the spiritual essence of "Yiwu experience" as the type of export-oriented economy, in other word builds a system platform to gather external resources for its development. From the. above study, the paper strives to explore the sustainable dynamic in new rural construction, which will help new rural construction to develop fast in the country wide. In the article, I summed up the internal dynamic system that contains market pull, one product each village, village elites, specialized cooperative and their additive effect.On the research of Yiwu and its surrounding rural, the paper analyzed how the dynamic factors affect rural economy, and clarifies the internal relations of these four factors. I hold the opinion that from the pull of market, "one product each village" can get the rural economy lasting promoting mechanism. At the same time, the pull of "village elites" and "specialized cooperative" have great function in the formation and development of "one product each village". Based on all the above analysis, I get the conclusion that the formation of internal dynamical system and deepening of internal relation is an effective path to get comprehensive, health, and sustainable development for the rural society, which is also the guarantee for the succeed of new rural construction.In the end, this paper summarize the dilemma in the four dynamical factors against the background of new rural construction and gives corresponding policy suggestion through spot investigation of Yiwu and it's surrounding rural. Moreover, the conclusion and future research direction is simply expressed.
