Research On The Construction Of Three-level Logistics System In Yiwu County

In 2020,the People’s Republic of China successfully solved the problem of absolute poverty,achieving the first centenary goal and embarking on a new journey toward the second centenary goal,which indicates the problem of absolute poverty plaguing the Chinese nation for thousands of years was historically resolved.a new struggle.We still face various difficulties and challenges in the process of poverty alleviation to comprehensive rural revitalization.In 2021,the Central Government issued the “Supporting Zhejiang High-quality Development to Construct Common Prosperity Demonstration Zone”,and Zhejiang became the first province to pilot high-quality construction of common prosperity demonstration zone after consolidating poverty alleviation,The construction of the logistics system is particularly important.Based on the above background,this paper takes the Yiwu County’s three-level logistics system of counties and villages as the research object and combines the relevant theories of rural logistics and draws lessons from the construction and development process and research situation of relevant logistics systems at home and abroad.In the meantime,the research method of literature review and empirical analysis are used to collect a wide range of typical rural logistics cases and practical data from provinces to counties and cities and from enterprises to individuals.Through preliminary exploration and empirical analysis,the paper focuses on the main problems,causes and future development direction of rural logistics system construction at the present stage,and initially builds a construction model of countywide three-level logistics system.At the same time,from the five perspectives of construction planning,replenishment of elements,rich services,digital promotion and implementation norms,it optimizes the promotion objectives,paths and support measures of Yiwu County’s rural three-level logistics system.In addition,it realizes the basic resource allocation through industrial coordination and optimization,radiates and enriches rural areas from the center,plans long-term logistics layout through intelligent iteration and ensures balanced financial supply through multi-integration.By virtue of the above practical thoughts,this paper puts forward a rational plan for rapid advancement,so as to promote the effective implementation of the three-level logistics system in rural areas and villages in Yiwu and the vast rural areas,and provide theoretical basis,research support and practical help for the development of rural logistics.
