Research On Project Construction Organization Plan In Some Residential District In Beijing

Modern management in construction enterprises mainly embodies two aspects-management quality and management level. Management quality of construction enterprises includes competitive ability, emergency ability, technology developing ability, expanded reproduction ability and so on. Management level of construction enterprise is related to plan and decision, organizing and commanding, control and coordination, education and motivation. Management quality and level is the base of management in enterprises, and are also the guarantee of achieving enterprise goal, reputation goal, development goal and staff-welfare goal. Meanwhile, management plays a key part in improving the management quality and level of enterprises. Both the management quality and level in enterprise must be realized by the compilation, implementation, inspection and adjustment of construction organization plan. It fully reflects the importance of construction organization plan in modern management of construction enterprises.According to the context of organization plan in engineering project, this paper mainly studies engineering task, overall construction scheme, main construction method, construction progress schedule, construction organization technical measures, project quality assurance, safety protection, pollution protection and so on, and presents implementing scheme of engineering construction plan.
