A Study On Index System For The Core Competitiveness Evaluation Of The Final Vehicle Product Logistics

With the sustainable development of China's economy and the day by day improving of the living standards of the Chinese people,the automobile consumption of the Chinese market expands rapidly, and this kind of surprising and lasting high growth has driven the flourishing development of the Chinese final vehicle product logistics industry.After China entered the World Trade Organization, the international large-scale final vehicle product logistics supplier massively enter into China, which create the huge pressure to the domestic final vehicle product logistics enterprises. In the intense competition our final vehicle product logistics enterprises must struggle to survive and develop. And we evaluate the enterprise's core competitive ability, so that we can find our enterprise's strength and weakness in the competition, and then cultivate and promote the competitive ability of these enterprises. And how to evaluate core competitiveness of final vehicle product logistics enterprises also is the problem that investor and Auto manufacturer should be considered. But documents for evluating the core competitive ability of final vehicle product logistics enterprises in existing research are still rare both at home and abroad, so the research has certain theoretical and practical significance to the development of final vehicle product logistics enterprises in our country,.This thesis constructed the index system and studied the core competition of final vehicle product logistics. The thesis divided into three parts. First of all, we analyzed the background, research meaning, and then explained the relevant theory of final vehicle product logistics. Secondly, according to the principle structuring, on the basis of reading a large amount of relevant documents and combining with characteristic of final vehicle product logistics enterprises, we structure the evaluation index of core competitive ability, and have interpreted the definition of each index, and then have chosen fuzzy comprehensive appraisal model according to the characteristic of studied question. In the end, in the light of current situation of final vehicle product logistics, we chose two final vehicle product logistics enterprise, one domestic enterprise and one international enterprise, as samples, collected the data through the questionnaire, then processed data by EXCEL and AHP software, and contrasted their'core competitive ability. Thus we got the competitive situation of the enterprise, and on the foundation of above research we brought forward some proposal to promote the core competitive ability of final vehicle product logistics, which have some significance in the development of the third party logistics in China.
