Research On Power Maintenance Company's Competition Ability Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

The long- and medium-term growth and the competitive edge of an enterprise rely on its competitiveness. In China, the power industry is a traditional monopolistic industry. The basic step for the reform of electric power system is to open the power generation trade and to establish the power generation market, that is, our power enterprise should face and meet the market competition at the first step. In fact, in today' s tough market situation, the only way for a power enterprise' s survival is to cultivate its competitive strength and upgrade its competitive edge.At first this thesis does research on the theoretical frame of enterprise competitiveness and discuss the evaluation index system of power maintenance company. AHP is used to confirm related index weight. Then the thesis analyzes the reasons of the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on competitiveness evaluation and put forward the model and procedure of fuzzy comprehensive performance evaluation. The model is approached to comprehensive evaluation of Xin Jiang Hua Dian power maintenance company, some advice are put forward which are based on the result of evaluation.
