With the development of management, employers come to know that the"human"is the most important resource of the business. However, the promotion is most complex problem is encouraging the psychology of employees in business. The hotel industry is a typical labor-intensive industry, it has great significance to deploy and use human resource, but the hotel industry also has frequent mobility and relatively high turnover rate, so it has great practical significance to implement the incentive mechanism effectively for retaining talent in particular those who are key employees.At present, most of the domestic literature reference from abroad motivation theory, they are inspired theoretical studies of state-owned enterprises, small and medium enterprises, but make the less practical research for specific industries, especially the hotel industry; particularly quantitative study of specific geographic areas is a very scarcity. Therefore, first of all, this study needs to Maslow theory, Two-factor theory and Prospect theory as the theoretical basis, combined with the actual status of incentive management of employees in the hotel industry in Yan'an City, designed Staff Motivation questionnaire, making a lot of investigation and interviews. Secondly, analyzing the status of human resources management in Yan'an City hotel enterprises, staff quality, staff psychology, the staff satisfaction of the hotel management, degree of hard work though the normative and empirical applications method ,and finding out where the problem lies At the foundation of the study conclusion, there are three key strategies. The first one is constructing material incentive mechanism that optimizes the system for personal emoluments and benefits for the driven of demand. The second is constructing spirit incentive mechanism that by raining and strengthening the corporate culture for the purpose of meeting the spiritual needs .The last is constructing incentive mechanism of humanity that elected people, use people, keep people and open up space for employee's development at the base of"people-oriented".
