Study On Management Of Engineering Program

A construction enterprise is a prototype organization of project management. It's universal that a construction enterprise operates a group of projects concurrently during the scale-up process. As the relationship between projects and strategies is acknowledged to more, the primary concentration of the enterprises'managers and decision-makers focuses on the strategy realization through projects. Project group management, which optimize the strategy and maximizes commercial profit through integrated management of all projects in the group, will become a central issue in the research of project management henceforth.The first two paragraphs, introduces the basic theories on project and project management, the background from which it derived, and the trend, thus leads in the concept of project group management after analyzing the deficiency of traditional project management, then divides the project group management process into definition, formation, and utilizations, based on the related theories introduced on project group management. The third paragraph builds an optimization appraisal model based on the fuzzy complex theory. It advances as follows: a systematical set of indexes is selected according to the features of project group in engineering. The fourth paragraph, analyzes the technology and methodology of project group management from a comprehensive prospect on aims, organization, risks, resources, and information. The fifth paragraph, introduces the methods of project post-evaluation, and proposes a post-appraisal model based on DEA theory according to post-appraisal theories.This paper, conducts a comprehensively and intensively theoretical study through the definition, formation, choice-making, implement, and post-appraisal cycle of project group. A practical study is carried out on this theory, combined with the author's experience in teaching and working, which is meant to furnish reference for the project group management of construction enterprises.
