With the market of electric power reforming gradually, power generation enterprisescompete keenly day by day. In the long term, human resource management is the core ofenterprise's competition. Position evaluation is the important foundation of HRM.Based on the theory of position evaluation and the present situation and trait of powergeneration enterprises, the article establishes a set of index system. It is established with thequantum tool, and its principle is simple and practical and effective. After comparing severalkinds of commonly used methods, the article introduces two kinds of new position evaluationmethods, and establishes mathematical model to quantize and analyze. Then, it enrichesposition evaluation method theory. For power generation enterprises even other enterprises,the article has important practice significance and research value to carry out scientific andeffective position evaluation. And it brings the position management system to be beingperfected.
