The Effect Of Entrepreneurship On Performance: Resource And Environment As Moderator Variables

As the deep development of the Open and Reform, new enterprises and entrepreneurial activity has already spread all over social corner.Their existence infused into new vitality for the development of our country economy,and pushes our country develops continuously and forward. However, because of various reasons for inner or external. There are diffirent economical life-span cycles for diffirent enterprises. Then, what reasons induce this phenomenon? Based on these questions and the study of literature, this paper has established the theoretical model, and adopted questionnaire to analyze empirically the condition of Chinese firms. We have examined the association between a entrepreneurship and performance under different resource and different environmental hostility and dynamism.namely, How to moderate the relationship between entrepreneurship and performance.This article is base on above-mentioned problem and set up theories model by our country's situation.we have investigated parts of Chinese enterprises and analyzed to them by hand out questionnaire and Bivariate Correlation,K-Means Cluster Analysis,Linear Regression and other some Statistic method. It mainly aim to relation between entrepreneurship's dimensionality and performance under different resources level, the environment antagonism and dynamic, at the same time the text demonstrate to hypothesis mentioned , at last, we have put forward that which way of start a business can bring enterprise higher results under different resource and exterior entironment by sum-up.Along with our country's economy fast development, there are a mass of entrepreneurial activity and form , at the same time,domestic environment is gradually perfect and entrepreneurial culture also gradually become popular,it can make more have a creationary person to start a new business. I believe our economy would have a big span along with entrepreneurial tidal wave runing up!...
