The Project Management Research Of Guangzhou Green Oil Nansa Projects

In this dissertation, the author takes Guangzhou green oil Nansha projects as construction management study case. Based on project management's monitored control theory, discusses it that how to control organization and group, contract, quality, progress, cost and risk those operation problems in Large-scale industrial project. The dissertation advances resolution method to realize efficiency control for project management goal of Guangzhou green oil Nansha projects.This essay is mainly based on the theory of Project Management. The concepts of Project and Project Management are first explained. Second, the Planned Management and Enforcement Control Management of organization, cost, progress, quality of a Project are clearly illustrated and analyzed.
