The Automobile Project controlling system is developed to obtain the optimal solution based on the optimization of network plan. The technical and economic indexes should be considered comprehensively to evaluate a project schedule, which conclude time,cost and resources. However, there is no comprehensive mathematic model available to evaluate the optimal plan so far. Based on the principles of system analysis,a generalized optimization method of automobile projects controlling system is given out, which carries out the idea of dynamic optimization management. This paper puts forward a comprehensive optimum method that considers three indexes such as time,cost and resources limitation for a project. And Network Plan is employed to achieve a series of solutions. Base on the principles of system analysis and coordination, this paper presents a coordination degree model in the decision process,which is aimed to evaluate and obtain the optimum solution.Firstly, the GA-algorithm is used in the network plan to achieve time-cost optimization. Then the module of"resource optimization"in MS Projekt is employed to optimize the resources based on the study of mean-square deviation Method and Range Method. Finally,the coordination degree model is used to evaluate and obtain the optimum solution in the decision process. Furthermore,the optimization is proved to be an effective method by an algorithm and a numerical example. This method has been applied to automobile projects with satisfying results.
