Research On Purchasing Decision-making Of Railway Construction Material

With the large-scale construction of railway in China, the importance of purchasing decision-making of railway construction material is becoming more and more instinct. This article starts by economizing cost on the premise of satisfying the construction material demand, makes research on the issue of railway construction material purchasing decision-making. The article summarizes relevant research of purchasing decision-making and railway material purchasing, and makes quantifying research of whether purchasing centralized, purchasing opportunity and quantity decision-making on the basis of analyzing the current situation of railway construction material purchasing management.By combining the characteristics and modes of railway construction material purchasing, this article brings forward some questions and suggestions. It researches on whether the railway construction needs centralized purchasing, analyzes the influencing sectors of purchasing mode, brings forward G1 blur integrated evaluation method, and proves that reinforcing steel bar and wire should be purchased centralized. In the issue of purchasing opportunity and volume, this article analyzed the sectors which would influence purchasing opportunity and volume fully, improved the W-W arithmetic, brings forward the capability limit of purchasing system, which makes the model more practical.
