Research On GVR Company Material Purchasing Planning

This dissertation is written under the background of hard competition of petrol dispenser equipment manufactures; considering the theory of material purchasing cost control; take exact issues of material purchasing in GVR Company to analysis and make the material purchasing plan to reduce the material purchasing cost. The dissertation also analyses the procedures of how to make material purchasing plan based on the actual case.First of all, author has a quick summary of the background, target, and meaning of purchasing cost reduction, and summaries the contribution of material cost reduction to the competition of company. Second, the dissertation has made analysis to the issues of GVR Company operation costs to show the importance of material cost control.Considering the actual purchasing status of the company served, the author put emphasis to analyses the issues in material purchasing, and how to make material purchasing plan according to the issues. First, analyzed the high cost issue in GVR operation and material purchasing, the reason is most of the material purchasing are in high cost regions and the standardization of the materials is low, so that caused high material cost. Second, in chapter four and five analyzed the material purchasing plan on how to improve the purchasing areas and material standardization. Third, has analyzed the effectiveness of the material purchasing plan that has been made in previous chapters based on the total material cost reduction. At same time make the summary of the common procedure in material purchasing plan making based on the actual case of GVR Company material purchasing. The dissertation has created the general flow to analysis material purchasing plan, the innovation of the author's theory and experience is control the material cost from purchasing region and material standardization, other than other dissertation focus on supplier qualification, purchasing procedure fine tune, price comparing. Considering the dissertation has taken the exact case of material purchasing planning for analysis, the author takes emphasis to the actual progress of purchasing cost reduction. The author use less theories or models for analysis in the process of material purchasing plan making, but focus on the personnel's professional knowledge and familiar with its work. The author has considered associated purchasing theory to make material purchasing plan based on company actual case, so it has very strong catachrestic of implementation, hope it can give reference to the actual purchasing cost reduction implementation.
