The essential of modern large scale Man-machine system is an open complex system, which has wide and large amount of information communication with the outside. The change of outer factors greatly influences behaviors of inter-system staff. Organization plays a great role in whole harmonizing and controlling management of the system, especially in complex social technology system, where the organization plays the role of determining and guiding to the safety of whole system. So the person analyzes a method to need consideration to organize more completely because of dependable sex of whole influence, then can for complicated person - machine the management decision of the system provide a basis, lowering a person an on business piece a possibility for taking place, promoting system safe level of exaltation.In this paper, we discussed the organizational factors influencing system safety in the complex Man-machine System, have analyzd these organization factors behavioral to the personnel of influence and organize the influence of the whole and dependable upon the person on business piece and it with the result that mistake mechanism, the point discussed consideration to organize the improvement THERP+HCR method of whole influence.Make use of the method that the expert consults with to combine together with covariance data, get the following main conclusions:(1)To human errors, organizational errors and consideration organize management to mistake the person of factor because the dependable sex analysis method carried on elaborating and carried on an evaluation to these methods;(2)Analysis elaborated to organize the management factor of mechanism and organization of the influence personnel's behavior of the management factor of with the result that mistake mechanism;(3)Making use of the AHP method analyzed the influence human errors of main organization management the importance of factor;(4)Reflecting the whole influence of factor to person's mistake of the organization management shoots to go to the method of THERP+HCR, the establishment should cast shadow model and the correction relation type, and is judged by the expert to combine together with covariance data to organize a whole and dependable sex's correction to the metered conclusion of the THERP+HCR factor value to gather for .(5)Giving the improvement THERP+HCR quantitative analysis method process frame, step and applied solid example.Built up a kind of person who considers organizational management factors whole and dependable to influence well because dependable sex analysis method.Current limitations and future research orientation are also discussed at the end of the thesis.
