This article focuses on the research of Tuke Electronics Company membrane switch business process reengineering in order to clearly describe the frame of business process reengineering as well as its principal and the methods of innovation of companies under the guidance of this thought. This article mention the various shortcomings like the detailed occupational separations of traditional process, lower efficient organization, waste of resources, customer ignorance, etc. Facing the increasingly furious competition in both international and domestic market, all enterprises wish to attract the customers through the flexible, competitive and high-efficient process and their best products. Under such circumstances, the enterprises are required to learn the advanced experiences of the successful enterprises in both China and abroad and throw away those uncompetitive factors, in connection with their existed targets, means and technologies. Undoubtedly, the process redesign of the enterprises becomes one of the effective ways to achieve this. This article has the theoretic and practical meaning to reforming and development of manufaturing enterprises at the same situation. It will be helpful to improve nonstandard manufacture's competition ability.This article emphasized the way of BPR and the method of analysis. At first,by introducing the Shanghai Tuke Electronics company and the trend of Membrane Switch manufacture and SWOT analyzing for Shanghai Tuke Electronics Company, this article point out that BPR be the necessary choice. The article set up Shanghai Tuke Electronics Company key process's mode by IDEF(Integrated Computer Aided Manufacturing DEFinition) method and gets detailed description of process drawings, including manufacture process, manufacture process detailed, making notice drawing, bill of materail, bill of technics, designing films and mould ect. Second, The article uses method ASME(American Society of Mechanical Engineers) to analyze the time spent on present process of Tuke compay and find out the non-value-added action in the process. By analyzing the 2007 Pareto and Cause-and-Effect Diagrams of No-good product and postponed delivery, the article locates the reasons which caused the above problems. Third, this article describes process reengineering goal, based on analyzing and summarizing present process. The article designs the new procedure and describes the detailed function of new process, according as BPR direction and principle. New membrane switch procedure include manufacture process, sample process, making sample, mass product process, making product process. To make sure to put the new procedure into work, reach the goal, the article give some implementary suggestioned, protection rules, anticipated results. The article analyse Tuke Electronics new process by ASME method also. Final, the author makes a conclusion that Tuke Electronics will improve the company's process efficiency, reduce the cost and meet the needs of customers for this article.
