In 21st century, knowledge-based economy dominates everything. Rapid development of information techniques as well as the characteristics' of knowledge-type employees show that "rigid management" cannot satisfy management requirements to knowledge-type employees, and practice of "flexible management" is the most effective way to enhaunce current management situation.In this thesis, the author made researches on existing management situation of A Company (South Korea investment) and analyzed key problems on management of knowledge-type employees. After making deep analysis on characteristics of knowledge-type employees as well as the origin of corporate culture of South Korea, by studying the aspects for implementing flexible management with theories of flexible management, requirement, motivation and corporate culture, the author finally found out some flexible management methods for A Company.This thesis is composed of six parts. The first part is introduction to background of this thesis and contents and significance of this research; Chapter One is brief introduction to A Company (South Korea investment), especially to its history, main business and corporate culture; Chapter Two illustrates flexible management theory and other theories involved in this thesis; in Chapter Three the author studied current management situation on knowledge-type employees and pointed out the problems to be solved; Chapter Four practice flexible management theory on knowledge-type employees management; and Chapter Five is the valuation and feedback of flexible management.
