The aim of this paper is to explore the feasibility and application of project management in the telecommunication service quality management. Focusing on this topic, the article contains three parts:Firstly, this paper makes a brief analysis of five main method of quality management, combined with the actual situation in telecommunication enterprises, the paper proposes applying project management method in quality management in telecommunication enterprises, and the paper demonstrates the feasibility of the application in this chapter.Second, the paper proposes the main steps of quality management in telecommunication enterprise with the applying of project management method; also the paper provides the framework of project management tool in the implementation.Third, the paper makes a detailed analysis to the case of applying project management method to upgrade broadband service quality in the N telecommunication company. The success of this case shows project management method has practical value in telecommunication service quality management.
