The service's influences have noes the place not at. Not only the traditional machine but also IT, business enterprise and customer all pay attention to the service quality. Telecommunication business enterprise conduct and actions profession of special service, its thoughtful of service quality is very particularly. The research object of this text is the telecommunication, by analysis content and its influent factors of business enterprises service quality management. Then consumer's perceptions of telecommunication service quality are discussed. And its evaluated indexes are given. In this paper, we have built game models on monopoly market and duopoly market to analyze different strategies of services providers and their influence. On this basement, setup the system of telecommunication service quality management. Finally, making use of research method such as investigating research, comparison research, history research, etc, analysis the custom's approval towards XiangTan telecommunication service quality improvement in front and back. According to this text point, the service quality is one of the source of the competition advantages of a business enterprise service, employee's management is the important and difficult point in the service quality management, communication can improve the customer's satisfaction.
