China is a country seriously short of fresh water resource and saving fresh water has been one of the greatest concerns of the whole society. A large amount of water in both public facilities and private houses for using the traditional ceramic sanitary wares has been seriously wasted so that it is getting more and more urgently demanded by the society to widely utilize a water-saving sanitary ware.On such a basis the SV product with patent water-saving feature is being brought forth and a practical marketing plan has been needed as a necessary and urgent task. Based on the forecast of the SWOT analysis on the SV product, its marketing tactics has been proposed.This essay consists of four parts. The first is the introduction of the product's background, quality and capability, and its benefits; the second is forecast, where the methods of buying intentions researching and expert analyzing have been applied; the third is the SWOT analysis on both inside and outside to set a goal of marketing; the fourth comes up with a module of marketing for the SV product along with the relative supervising measures.
