A Study Of Development Strategy On SINO-ARP Tires Equipment Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd

As China jointing in WTO,Chinese enterprises face the new development situation with both the opportunities and the threats,SINO-ARP is growing under the complex and changeable background.The curing press industry is a special,customized industry,if the enterprises want to keep standing room in the competition environment of "the domestication and international markets,the internationalization of the domestic market",it must set up its development strategy and competitive strategy.In this thesis, it begins the study from the development history of SINO-ARP,and uses some strategy theories to research the company's development strategy.First it analyzes the inner company's resources of SINO-ARP.Then since the curing press belongs to the downstream industry of tire industry and motor industry,so it turns to the study of the background analysis of both tire industry and motor industry.And it applies the analysis tools,such as IFE(Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix) & EEF(External Factor Evaluation Matrix) & QSPM(Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) & SWOT analysis,to develop the company's development strategy and the associated support system for SINO-ARP.The conclusion comes out according to the study that SINO-ARP faces the great development opportunities however it lacks of internal strengths,so the company should adopt tensional strategies.For competitive strategy,it should adopt the objectives focus strategy for market and differentiation for products and services.SINO-ARP should strengthen the internal management of enterprises,and it should begin the realization from employee training,technological innovation, supplier chain management,organizational innovation,information system management, brand building and building of enterprise culture to establish the company's competitive advantage and enhance the competence of the corporation.This study hopes to give some instructive ideas for those developing companies which are engaged in rubber machinery in China,also as the reference of a successful enterprises transformation case form trade model to manufacture model.
