Researches on Psychological Contract has been a hotspot and a difficult point in the field of human resource management.Scholars have done many researches on Psychological Contract,but still done few researches on Organization Communication. This paper regarded the Relationship between Communication Openness and Psychological Contract Satisfaction.On the basis of original theories,this paper attempted to construct conceived models of Communication Openness and Psychological Contract Satisfaction.This paper,through literature review,summarized the researches about Communication Openness,Psychological Contract Satisfaction,Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intension.This research regarded 210 employees as the research samples, used the closely statistical analysis,carried on the empirical analysis about the previous hypotheses.And then some valuable researches conclusions were found:1,Psychological Contract Satisfaction made a mediated effect between Communication Openness and Job Satisfaction;Psychological Contract Satisfaction made a mediated effect between Communication Openness and Turnover Intension.It shows that Communication Openness affected Job Satisfaction or Turnover Intension by the way of Psychological Contract.It also shows that Communication Openness could affect Psychological Contract.2,Communication Openness made a moderating effect between Dimensionality of transaction and Job Satisfaction;Psychological Contract Satisfaction made a moderating effect between Dimensionality of transaction and Turnover Intension.
