Study On Coping Strategies Of Chinese Enterprises Under Global Procurement

Economic globalization is a product of modern scientific and technological revolution and a result of Trade and investment liberalization. People usually call one of that as"Double-edged sword". China is the biggest developing country and manufacturing country , so Chinese enterprises need clearly understand of the situation distinguish the pros and cons , seize the opportunity , Really benefit from the global procurement . This thesis also aims at this field.Global procurement means under the guidance of supply chain, use the advanced technology and instrument, search global supplier, procure high-quality and low-price goods, and lower cost as the same time. From the point of the view of economic , statistic and accounting study , this thesis refer some document at home and abroad , use normative method , through statistical data and some typical case analysis of problems during the Chinese enterprise global-procurement . Coping strategies and integrated solution should aim at the depth analysis of the reason. Thus this article may provide the theoretical support on Chinese enterprise global-procurement, and may be helpful to Chinese enterprise under the procure-globalization.
