| The construction of new socialist countryside is a major historic task in the modernization of China, and the most important task of our party is to make efforts to resolve the"three agricultural problems". Under the guidance of the scientific development view and the 17th Party's Congress, we pay more attention to the people living in the bottom of the society—livelihood of the vast farmers seems to be more important particularly, which has attracted wide attention about rural people's l- ivelihood building. This paper mainly presents the new idea of famers'livelihood building based on the experience of several countries in the world and the National Conditions of China, and tries to look for the most effective way to solve the problem, so that the people living in the bottom of the society, at the same time, making much contributions to the modernization of China, can realize the beautiful wish that they can learn what be taught, work to have gains, have diseases cured, be supported when aged, and have houses to live in.This article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter concisely sums up the concept and content of"rural people's livelihood building of China",and finally summarize the significance of this project. The second chapter points to the reality of rural situation, and then find out the serious problems .At the same time, the key is to analyze the cause of the problem combining to our history, tradition and present condition of China, so as to lay the foundation of follow-up measures to solve the problem. Vision of the third chapter is pulled abroad, and I conclude the experience of the developed and developing countries how to build the people's livelihood in rural areas, which is conducive to select and formulate specific strategies of"rural people's livelihood building". The fouth chapter is the core of this article. It focuses on the measures and recommendations of rural people's livelihood building from the aspect of economy, politics, ideology, culture and system, so as to play a role in solving the problem of building the people's livelihood in rural areas. |
