Transformation Of Huangpu Power Plant Flue Gas Desulfurization Project Quality Management

In recent years, China's thermal power plant flue gas desulfurization facilities was "explosive" development trend.However,it do not have a strong work ethic,desulfurization facilities run abnormal phenomenon fail desulfurization are still quite prominent.In this paper, the use of standardized methods of analysis and empirical analysis, in the desulfurization unit 2X300MW Huangpu Power Plant project to study the quality of process management on the basis of the focus on the power project quality management process of problem that may arise. In the study of these issues based on the corresponding measures in the project management process linked mutual influence, played a very important role. The paper study for other project management units provide a good reference, to prevent potential power projects in order to promote the development of the electric power industry.
