Baoding Power Network Multi-business Enterprises Spontaneity Ability Research

From the aspect of theoretical research,this paper firstly analyzes management difficulties of power network multi-business enterprises under the background of power system reform.Then,the subject of spontaneity ability research is expanded.Through the review of research status and results of spontaneity ability at home and abroad,research target and framework of the subject is pointed out.Subsequently,this paper discusses the status of the spontaneity ability of power network multi-business enterprises and the reasons of spontaneity ability deficiency.Also,this paper analyzes the historical evolution of power network multi-business enterprises in Baoding and the current situation of spontaneity ability development,and gives some general suggestions of developing spontaneity ability.In the aspect of empirical study,through the analysis of Baoding power network multi-business enterprises,this paper points out systemic solutions,which are,through new strategic planning, especially through the reform of multi-business enterprises and improving corporate governance,etc.,eliminate policy burden and improve the spontaneity ability of enterprises.
