With the Electricity Market Reform promoting and deepening, it's nessessary to solve the problem of effecting enterprise performance and competitiveness which caused by lack of person-post fit management of power enterprises. On the basis of consulting a lot of relevant reference and investigating of power enterprises, it was summarized that characteristics and general process of person-post fit management based on competency model. And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to evaluate staff's competency of power enterprises for requirements of the posts, and then power enterprises person-post fit degree could be gotten by further research and empirical analysis. The research result could be used for human resource development, staff training and adjustment of positions, and as the basis of further human resource management activities such as employee recruitment, performance management, and salary distribution and so on. |
