Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is widely used by manufacturing enterprises. Meanwhile, the disadvantages of production-planning module based on MRPII are also exposed. However, Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) is a good means to solve the planning problem. In order to fully utilize both advantages of ERP and APS system, it is necessary to use ERP and APS simultaneity. So, there are two core issue need to solve: on the one hand, we need a scheduling algorithms that according to various rule and restriction to get detailed and visual planning and scheduling picture, on the other hand, it is necessary to integrate the scheduling algorithms and ERP effectively.This paper stress Coding Method, Fitness Function, Genetic Operators of Genetic algorithms, and use MATLAB develop the Genetic algorithms. And then a framework based on web services used to describe the operation of the integration solution, after that, in order to implement integration effectively, the process of encapsulating genetic algorithms to a GA_Sechduling services which will be called by user is put forward. Finally, a case is demonstrated in this paper.The paper has theory and actual value. From the theory aspect, advanced planning and scheduling system renew and develop the planning of ERP, and remedy the defect of man-made planning, such as random and inefficient. From the actual aspect, the paper not only use MATLAB develop the Genetic algorithms, but also encapsulate genetic algorithms to a GA_Sechduling services which can be searched, called on the web and optimize the planning of ERP. For the enterprise, it reduces the demand of developing and cost. Meanwhile, the use of GA_Scheduling can improve lead time, decrease work-in-process and cost, help the implementation of the enterprise resource of planning system, and improve the core competence of the corporation.
