Employee Participation (EP) is a general concern for academic and business circles both in china and abroad. So far the most of the studies on EP have focused on the outcomes of participative managenment. With regard to the influencing factors of EP, most of the domestic studies have paid attention to personal factors of managers and staff, there are few articles that summarize the influence of organizational factors to EP and empirical research is lacking. Based our research on achievement on EP, we have done a systemic analysis of the influence on EP of organizational factors. We takes the convenient sampling method and the questionnaire survey to get datas, uses SPSS to the data statistical process. After done the factor analysis, project analysis, reliability analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis,we draw the following conclusions:Firstly, the questionnaire structure of five dimensions received certification with Chinese enterprise samples. These five dimensions are information sharing, fair compensation, capacity development, empowerment and recognition. Secondly, enterprise nature had a significant impact on EP. The level of participation was higher in foreign-funded and private enterprises than in state-owned enterprises. Thirdly, organisational size was negatively related to EP. The level of participation was higher in smaller organizations than in larger organizations. Fourthly, training and incentive pay had a significant impact on EP. The level of participation was higher in firms that have extensive training and incentive pay programs. Fifthly, firm age, organizational structure and the level of competition faced by an organization had no significant impact on EP.We propose the following suggestions which are aiming at how to enhance the level of participation. First, the companies should share enough information with employees since information is the premier condition to participation. Second, the companies should build training programs to improve employees'participation consciousness and capacity since it is the precondition to participation. Last but not least, the companies should build incentive pay programs since it is the inspiring factors for participation.
