In recent years, Chinese industrial economy was gradually turning from labour-intensived to capital-intensived with the further deepening of reform and opening up and the speed development of market economy. Nowadays most of the business owners are relatively shortage of expertise and management knowledge, and thanks to it the principal-agent relationship in enterprises increased rapidly. Principal-agent can set the clients on right track and increase the pure benefit and improve it's intangible value eventually cultivate numerous managerial talent and technician for the clients.Based on the research object of Zhangjiajie Jiangya Hot Spring Resort, this paper made a research on its Principal-agent. Firstly, the paper tell about the exotic environment and internal conditions of the hotel and analysis its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats by SWOT methods, and moreover, to put forward corresponding countermeasure and proposal. Secondly, the paper Make comparisons among several business models and management style of agent to explain the reason why Hong Kong Royal Spa International Hotel Management(Group) Co. Ltd. was chosen based on the practical situation of Zhangjiajie Jiangya Hot Spring Resort. Thirdly, to make preparations against that information asymmetries and goal inconsistent may lead to idle or reverse analysis of agent, the paper design an authorized representation contract and set out a incentive mechanism and supervision mechanisms in order that we can put forward measures to prevent risks that probably occur in business, finance and morality during the fulfillment of contract. Finally, the paper evaluate the Implementation situation of the principal-agent contract from inner management and brand building and business development and other aspects.
