The Research On Quality Control Of Cold Chain Logistics

With the development of logistics industry and the improvement of living standard, the demand for some fresh food such as fresh fruits, vegetables and milk is becoming higher and higher year by year. Minor batches, variety and high-preservation have been the main characteristics of dairy product cold chain logistics. This means higher requirements for cold chain logistics. However, the idea of "product first, circulation second" has been restricting the safe and quick distribution of cold chain logistics. Agricultural products supply characterizes with traditional mode made of storage and transport, enterprises at different stages lack enough coordination; related departments at different levels of government pay little attentions to the supervision of food safety during logistics process; a wholesome cold chain system has not come into being; the proportion of fresh agricultural products under the conditions of refrigerated storage and transport is very low.To establish the quality control system is an important aspect of cold chain logistics quality control, but the current study is still a lack of which is aimed at quality control of cold-chain logistics specially. To this end, based on the theories of cold-chain logistics and quality management, this paper analyzes the connotation of the cold chain logistics quality and the character of the cold chain logistics quality control, establishes quality control framework of cold-chain logistics, puts out the basic principles of setting up a cold chain logistics quality control system, sets up the cold chain logistics quality control system mode which is on the foundation of process, and analyzes the five component factors of cold-chain logistics system which are employee, equipment, method, management and environment. Then the paper establishes the quality control indicators for cold-chain logistics system, takes Lanzhou xigu region for the study object, evaluating the quality control level of the cold-chain logistics.
