Chinese Enterprise Group's Fund Central Management Study

Fund is the blood of an enterprise group,the fund management is always the core of financial management.Chinese enterprise groups are mostly multi-class corporate forms of organization,the geographical distribution of a wide level of complexity of organization,management,the chain is too long.In this environment how to effectively monitor the group members of the business activities of enterprises,enterprise groups have not been able to solve the problem very well.Therefore,the enterprise groups in China,the urgent need to solve the dispersion of funds,financial security,lack of supervision, the lower the efficiency of the use of funds and so on.Fund management is not a simple movement of funds management,but with the management of campaign funds to achieve the property management.This paper mainly focused on the use of the funds management theory,enterprise groups in China fund management analyzes the centralized management of funds to implement the necessity and feasibility study funding settlement and the characteristics of centralized control and the difficulties faced for China's fund management groups model to provide theoretical support for the choice.Currently,the enterprise group's common fund central management pattern mainly has:appropriating the reserve fund,the unified income and expenditure, in-house bank,the accounts settlement center,the financial company.The five categories of models have their advantages and disadvantages,the enterprise groups should be combined with its own characteristics and future funding requirements of the development of rational choice model.In this article,which focused on the five types of models of operational characteristics,the main functions and main business such as content,and its comparative analysis,and this article on China's Yangtze River Shipping Group as a case,combined with new business and management needs,absorb advanced foreign experience in fund management,and explore our country of a suitable enterprise group of funds focused on management.
