The Research On Development Strategy Of Anhui Chaodong Cement Co., Ltd.

Strategic management is dynamic management process to make some decisions and implement them for the future direction of an enterprise, which is paid more and more attention as a business management or idea. To be in an invincible position in an increasingly competitive market environment, business leaders should affront the business reality, put forward a strategic planning from the perspective of strategic manageme ,in order to carry out healthy and continuous development of a enterprise. Anhui Chaodong Cement Co. Ltd. has been facing the internal and external environment changes from strong union to enterprise reform, it had been confronted with severe challenges of the market, although it had adjusted its strategy, the enterprise was eventually merged. This paper applies strategic management in management practices, based on the practice of Anhui Chaodong Cement Co. Ltd.,then offers a viable development stratagem for the future development of the company.At first, this paper describes the importance of researching on strategic management of the company, introduces relevant theories about the company's strategic management, and establishes research contents, then sums up existing problems in original strategy. Whereafter, this paper uses detailed strategic analysis such as the system views,classic PEST analysis ,Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis and so on, and research the process of strategy development and implementation , internal and external environmental factors in the eight years (from April 1999 to May 2007), in order to raise the company's strategic objectives and strategic program applying the company's current situation. Finally , this paper brings forward countermeasures andsuggestions for the implementation of the strategy and control issues.
