| As a result of the impact of fierce market competition, the customers made more stringent requirements of the assembly-type manufacturing enterprises on product personalization, diversification, availability, quality and other aspects. So the assembly shop often faced with the issue of rapid and rational allocation of work-station and personnel driven by the multiple tasks on multi-assembly lines. It has become a difficulty for many assembly manufacturers to make dynamic allocation of the human resources of assembly workshop efficiently, and optimize the matching of operators and work-stations. In this paper, with the study of multi-assembly line shop, and combined with the application of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in assembly workshops, a method to optimize the allocation of human resources and the supporting system were studied.First of all, the paper analyzes the characteristics of human resources management and the demands on optimal allocation in multi-assembly line shops. The method to optimize the allocation of human resources was built based on matrix of the real-time skill of personnel. And the method of model building and solution were studied. Then, based on the model above and the ideas of MES, a system for the optimal allocation of human resources in multi-assembly line shop based on MES was presented. And the architecture, function and running mode of the system were studied, such as the technology of the real-time communication of human resource information based on the interactive multi-functional information terminal, the building of shop production constraints DB, UML-based system design, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of workers'skill, etc. Finally, according to the actual situation and requirements of the human resources management in assembly shop of a vehicle air-conditioning manufacturer in Chongqing, a system for the optimal allocation of human resource in multi-assembly line shop based on MES was designed, developed and applied into practice. And good results were obtained. |
