| Transportation is the fundamental element of the logistic process.To develop rational and effective transportation layout scheme is important for efficiency improvement and cost reducing,especially for bulk commodities logistics.The general transportation problem is to determine the traffic volume between the suppliers and demanders only to minimum the total transportation cost in the case of transportation routes are known.In the general transportation problem model,the transport capacity factor under the influence of distribution of transport network,the road design capacity,traffic control,or weather is not taken into account.In this paper,the transportation problem with capacity limitation was studied to carry out the methods to identify the transportation routes and traffic volume between suppliers and demanders,which is useful for logistics and transportation planning.The problem study is divided into three sections as follows.In chapter 2,the transportation problem with capacity limitation is proposed based on the idea studying on standard transportation problem modeling and solving.In chapter 3,the transportation problem with capacity limitation is classified into two categories as the transportation problem with generalized capacity limitation and the transportation problem with capacity limitation in actual road network,to explore respectively.The model of transportation problem with generalized capacity limitation is built by adding transportation capacity constraints,based on standard transportation problem. The paper first introduces the table-manipulation method to resolve the model,besides, an example study on the transportation problem with generalized capacity limitation solving is produced based on LINGO in accordance with large-scale problem.The model of transportation problem with capacity limitation in actual road network is built based on the minimum cost flow problem.In problem solving,the paper also first introduces the traditional ideas by adjusting feasible flow and augmented chains.Emphatically,the paper introduces a method based on combined with GIS technology using the TransCAD software.In chapter 4,focus on the transportation problem with capacity limitation in actual road network,an empirical study on is introduced to verify the effectiveness of the model and solving method as the background to the transportation planning of steel pipes for the second West-East gas pipeline project.The paper contains 4 figures,22 tables and 38 references. |
