At first,this article goes on the theoretical research on the image and its development,and on the basis of this,the paper redefines the concept of corporate identity.This definition is regarded as precondition,the paper studies the development of the life cycle of business,and according to the logical relationship between the process of enterprise development and the development of corporate image,this article puts forward the impacts of changing the life cycle of corporate identity,including product identity,entrepreneur personal identity,employee image,the public and the corporate advertising,and as well explains their action mechanism,on the life cycle of corporate identity.By building the functional relationship model of influence factors of the life cycle of corporate identity,namely,F(CI)=f(p1,s,e,p2,a),using partial derivative this paper analyzes and explains more clearly how the different factors affect corporate image and change its cycle.And because these factors lead to the change,the paper by stages further explains how the factors of the life cycle of corporate identity affect and change the curve trend.And on this basis,the paper constructs the s-curves of the life cycle of corporate identity,divided into four stages:Introducing Stage,Growth Stage,Maturity Stage and Declining Stage.Finally,based on life-cycle model of corporate image and on the conditions of the concept of corporate image,the paper studies different expressions at different stages and the impact extent about the five factors in the whole process of the life cycle of corporate image,combined with the model logical relationship of the factors of life cycle of corporate image and the base of Qinchi image.At the same time,according to practical conditions of the corporate identity,it points out that what the paper studies the life-cycle model of corporate identity is just the typical life-cycle model.
