QINGDAO BEIHAI SHIPBUILDING HEAVY INDUSTRY Co.LTD(Here in after called "BSIC") is the biggest modern shipyard in China.The shareholder of BSIC is CHINA Shipbuilding Industry Corporation.From the forms,features, drawbacks of the organizations.Structure in and out China,the thesis discusses the development trend of the BSIC.From the angle of reality,the thesis studies the premises of design on the organization structure in BSIC,which contain the development strategy,technology and business process.Aimming at the present situation,new organization structure should be in compliance with the following designing pinciples,perform division system and comprehensive management in function department,determine key function of different structure.Marketing function and production management function should be regarded as the key function in the decision structure and division organization respectively.At the same time,the workshops should be divided on the base of production-centered model to acclimates the development of shipbuilding technique.Finally,the thesis has discussed the corresponding measures on the running of the new organization structure in BSIC,to perfect the standard and management system of the enterprise,to enforce system management,to establish and perfect management information system,realize management by network step by step,to create the learning type organization,to bring forward essential concept of integrity of structure assembling,outfitting and painting.
