It will affect the exist and development of the organization to win these project or not. Howerever, it is the premiss that how to manage these project and adopt what kind of mode in these project management to ensure the success of these project management.Qingdao Tecknatool ltd. CO., is a project oriented company, which, the products and market development building on a base of R&D project management. However, there is lots problem within the project management, such as the life cycle of the project development is too long, the quality of products and project development itself is low, and the cost of the project is too much, etc. It becomes the critical issue to solve for the company to continue developing how to enhance the R&D project management.There are seven sections in the thesis, firstly, the research background and meanings are put forward. Secondly, to describe and analyse the theory of the project management, by which, to create the foundation to research and discuss the pattern of R&D project management.
