Machinery enterprise is a typical knowledge-intensive and labor-intensive enterprise, and also plays an important role in driving a country's economy development. The reasons of researching tacit knowledge sharing in machinery enterprise are not only technological innovation but also the development of machinery enterprise. Therefore, the paper will research tacit knowledge sharing in machinery enterprise further based on author's working experience in China National Heavy Truck Company and previous studies.This paper consists of four parts. In the first part, author summarizes the studies of tacit knowledge sharing at home and abroad and also represents paper's framework. For the further researching, in the second part, author outlines the relevant theory, including knowledge management theory, tacit knowledge theory and tacit knowledge-sharing theory. In the third part, author at first analyses the composition of tacit knowledge in machinery enterprise, then analyses the meanings through researching the motivation of tacit knowledge sharing, the providers and recipients of tacit knowledge and the knowledge supply and demand curve which is based on psychological contract, at last, analyses how to distinguish staff based on extent of tacit knowledge and sharing.The fourth part is the most substantial and innovative part. In this part, author, on one hand, represents appropriate schemes of tacit knowledge socializing and externalizing based on different processes of machinery enterprise including product designing, process designing and product manufacturing, on the other hand, represents tacit knowledge sharing ways based on different kinds of staff which is introduced in the third part.
