Research Of Corporate Social Capital Based On Situation In China

Social capital was introduced to the field of enterprise management along with the developing in research. Corporate social capital not only accentuate the link between company and other aspects of economic fields, but also emphasize the meaning for goals through integrates external resources and interior resources by use enterprise network. Corporate social capital concludes the factors which can incentive physical capital and human capital elements to be collocated and fulfilled. It becomes very important to develop sustainable competitive advantage in enterprise.At present, the academic have recognized the incentive of social capital in the process of achieving business objectives, but as to the main content and definition of corporate social capital there are still some degree of controversy. In this paper, we begin with solving so-called dispute.First, referring to both the corporate social capital research results and Lin'definition of social capital, a theoretical system including definition, content, composition and function was built;Second, to measure the level of corporate social capital, we designed a series of index and with the help of AHP a measure system is done. The empirical research with one industrial zone in Wuhan as sample gave some proof on the reliability of specific indicators;Third also the last, theory mentioned above was applied to analyze the crisis of confidence also the grow of family enterprises,which reflect the lack of national social capital and corporate social capital of enterprises under the condition of transitional economic. One proper strategy is to give full consideration to its own characteristics, differentiate between business-related network of primary and secondary level, then select the specific social network investment strategy. Thus a more economical way to provide for the development of enterprises dynamic enterprises adequate support to the stock of social capital becomes especially necessary. In this process we have a lot of work to do, but the final goal is to build enough network to support the development of enterprise.
