Study Of Enterprise Crisis Management Under Internet Communication

Crisis Management is an important subject of enterprise management. With the development of Internet, Internet Communication has affected Enterprise Crisis Management(ECM). However, the ECM under Internet Communication is unfamiliar to our country's enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises.This thesis begins at definition of crisis, and then introduces the origin, development and main theoretic achievements of ECM. Puts forward the basic measures of ECM, after an analysis of ECM's stages. Analyzes special characteristics, and proposes the special measures of ECM under Internet Communication, through compares Internet Communication with traditional Mass Communication. At last, undertakes a case study on Xiangfei Group, which is a representative medium enterprise, and has not established the ECM system at all. Draws up an exhaustive emergency treatment plan for it, after an analysis of it's enterprise crisis under Internet Communication. This plan can pull it through the crisis smoothly. And in order to take precautions against enterprise crisis better, works out a plan for establish the ECM system. Through the theoretic analyses and case study, we can reach the conclusion that the following several points must be accomplish. First of all, take precautions against enterprise crisis is the most important measure. Second, the crisis management group is an important guarantee, which help enterprise to prevent and handle the crisis. Third, the enterprise must undertake the responsibility and handle the crisis rapidly when it erupt. Last but not least, the enterprise should arouse all staff, take advantage of various resources, and communicate with all stakeholders.
