Every business unit with the will of win in the fast changing market regards the boosting of sales volume as the key performance indicator of its competition. However the subject behind the sale climbing is how to plan the production, manage the inventory, optimize stock as well as ensure the supply. Hence, the forecasing of the annual and monthly sales becomes to the key guarantee of business growin. In short, forecasting is the precondition and essence to scientifically define sales and marketing plan, it is more crucial to the enterprises which are new players in some certain furious competitive industries. The multimedia speaker domestic market is presently in the competitive period with escalating demands as well as uncertain factors.Everyone in this industry is being influenced by both development chances and restriction of bottleneck。It's desired that accurate system of sales forecasing can be brought in to guide the production. Base on the data and history records of a multinational producer in multimedia industry, the article trys to explore the project of sales forecasting towards to realization and application. First it expounds the basic concept, development of sales forecasting and then its status in enterprise.Secondly it goes through the current status and development journey of domestic multimedia industry. Combining with the history sales date base of the PSS company, the acticle presents the various ways of sales forecasting, such as unitary line regression,SPSS statistics software, and average value analysis against the volume waviing according to the actual needs of the company.And then it attempts to enhance the precision of the forecasting and comes out with practical measures and suggestion of improvement.
