| With the development of the knowledge-based economy and the open situation for Chinese finance industry going deeper and deeper, high potential employees are increasingly at the competitive advantage of holding important roles in the organizations. To attract and retain high potential employees and maximize their ability is a common challenge to the current new economic condition.A well-planed and suitable developing plan for high potential employees could internally enhance the trust and passion of high potential employees towards the organization, as well as attracting more such candidates externally. Innovative high potential employees are more independent and less reliance, thus they form the main body of staff wastage in an organization. The effectiveness of the developing plan of an organization thus determines the retention and attraction of high potential employeesWith more and more people using credit card, the credit card industry is in good prospect for the next decades. With many attractive offers available in the market, high potential employees change jobs frequently. Therefore, it is a key factor for organization to try to stabilize the movements of high potential employees using the developing plan for credit card industry, in order to successfully implement the business needs.This thesis first studied the definition and traits of high potential employees, current employee structure of Y bank credit card center. It emphasizes with the kickoff and carryout of high potential employees'developing plan. Then by analyzing the effectiveness of its developing plan, we summarized the areas which we should learn from Y bank credit card center, as our reference to develop high potential employees. |
