A Study On South Korea's Direct Investment Into China

This paper focuses on the South Korea's direct investment into China.Since the policy of the reform and opening to the outside world was carried out, China had been a rapidest economic development country.With the quickest development in economy field,better investment environment,continuously improvement of laws and regulations,huge domestic market and relatively cheap labor force,China became the first choice of many countries for investment.Among the investment countries,the economic and trade relations between Korea and China were progressing rapidly.The two countries did not formally established diplomatic relations till 1992,but at the end of 2007,Korea was the third investment country in China.In order to have a better steering and using the Korea's direct investment in China,we must deeply understand the situation and existing question of it.
