Especially since two countried established the diplomatic contact in 1992,two economic trade of great countries have more violent and swifter trade.After joining WTO, China attracted more and more Korea companies to invest with its all-directions, multi-domain opening,and more optimized investment environment.At present South Korea has become the Chinese third big trade partner country and the third great investment origin country, simultaneously China is the first big export State in South Korean, and the first big trade partner country and the first great investment country. To recognize objectively that South Korea to the Chinese direct investment's characteristics and questions, as well as to our country economy's influence,has the important meaning ,specially related to how to use Korean investment to urban and local city effectively.This text discovered directly the South Korean Enterprise direct investment's course and motives in china , and analyzed the South Korean Enterprise's domain structure, industrial structure and investment way structure in China thoroughly, and discovered the existed problems when our country attracts South Korea investment. so on the basis of these analysis ,we put forward to the policy-type suggestions about how to promote South Korea direct investment further and how to raise its quality to the Chinese direct investment.First chapter introduce research goals and paper constitution. The fourth chapter is the analysis of structure character for South Korean scale size, the regional structure, the industrial structure and the mode of entry and so on.Through analysis ,we know that the South Korean's scale is small ,and it mainly concentrates on the area of Bohai Sea and three provinces in northeast place,but has the tendency to expand to the south;the position choices of the investment to China mainly are influenced by the degree of the gathers,the geographical positions and the wages level; the industrial structure of the investment always concentrates on the manufacturing industry,and in the initial period it mainly invested in the labor-intensive industry,afterwards gradually changed into the capital-intensive industry;the way of investment is sole ownership primarily. The fifth chapter analyzes the positive influence which the South Korean Enterprise brings China, for instance it has led our country necessary manufacturer, and promoted electronic profession access; Introduces advanced technology and craft, impels our country product to turn to a new generation and so on.
