Since the early 20th century, management study has become a scientific marked by Taylor's scientific management theory. So far, throughout the nearly one-hundred-year history of management development, we find that the elite and theories of management emerging and evolving, meaning that they are faced up with emerging management problems and helplessness. Its origin is that the Enlightenment Reason whose main contents are the instrumental reason since the Enlightenment Movement promotes and lies implicitly in the modern management and guides the management practice which leads to the current inevitable result. In this paper, the management of human nature is assumed to be a breakthrough of modern management to a certain degree of rational reflection. We have concluded that the cause of the management puzzle in the 20th century is the single body of the modern one-way management .On this basis, combined with the new requirements of the management in our knowledge-based economy time, a new multi-polar-subject management ration is constructed whose main contents are communication-practice ration which embodies the "people" in the management activity. The new management will open up a new way of management in the 21st century.
