Research On Impact Factor Of Knowledge Transfer Efficiency Of MNCs Strategic Alliance In China

With the coming of global economy and knowledge-based economy, knowledge has become the most important strategic resource of enterprises and source of enterprises'sustained competitive advantage. More and more MNCs choose the way of Strategic Alliance to obtain new knowledge and integrate own knowledge, in order to foster and strengthen competitive advantage. Now as lack of economic strength and core competitiveness generally, and to obtain advanced management and technical knowledge, Chinese enterprises actively forge strategic alliances with MNS. However, most of corporations don't get advanced knowledge finally. As a result, this paper aims to find the impact factors of knowledge transfer effects of MNCs Strategic Alliance in China which can promotes the knowledge transfer efficiency from MNS to Chinese enterprises, which may be meaningful for Chinese enterprises.Firstly the paper analyses the reasons of knowledge transfer of MNCs Strategic Alliance in China, summarizes the overall function for our enterprise, then brings forward an conceptual model about impact factors of the knowledge transfer of MNCs Strategic Alliance in China based on the literature review, tests the theoretical model with the investigation data of some enterprises in Suzhou area, and finally find that the motive of Chinese enterprise, knowledge absorptive capacity of Chinese enterprise, management difference between the Chinese and foreign enterprise, communication mechanism, official control, social control will affect the efficiency of knowledge transfer of MNCs Strategic Alliance in China. Based on this conclusion, this paper puts forward advices for promoting the knowledge transfer efficiency of MNCs Strategic Alliance in China from the enterprise and the government angle.
