| Since the 1980's,information technology revolution and knowledge-based economy have produced a far-reaching consequences for the allocation of resources for social,business operation and competition as well as the global market economy. The enterprise need to construct agile adaptability and timely production of flexible and sustainable technological innovation to adapt the increasingly fierce competitive environment outside.Transnational corporations in developed countries,especially the United States,Japan,Europe,started to adjust the relationship between the competitiveness of enterprises,that is,the relationship shifted from confrontation to large-scale cooperation and competition.The most obvious phenomenon in growing cooperation strategy is strategic alliance.Strategic alliance is the enterprise management strategy innovation to adapt to the requirements of the environment, and it is an important mode of enterprise development strategy.In traditional view, the main motive of strategic alliances is to share resources,reduce costs,develop new markets or a total risk,The beginning mode of strategic alliance in 1980's is market union.After 1990,strategic alliance development trend has been a great change.Accompanied by economic globalization and the advent of knowledge economy full of knowledge to the world of economic development and social progress brought about by a very deep impact.Knowledge begin to turn into the most important strategic resource and a source of sustainable competitive advantage.More and more companies are introducing enterprise knowledge management,at the same time a breakthrough enterprise boundaries,with different enterprises to establish a strategic alliance between the coalition partners to seek knowledge transfer.However,in reality knowledge transfer does not reach an expected goal.Thus knowledge transfer in strategic alliance has become a hot issue in the community of both entrepreneurs and scholars.Under this background,this thesis choose the factor which impact the performance of knowledge transfer in strategic alliance as the studying object.This thesis uses qualitative and quantitative methods.On the basis of data consultation and literature research,we probed into the factor which impacts the knowledge transfer performance in strategic alliance.Then we use empirical researchto analyze this evaluation index system.Finally,based on previous theoretical and empirical studies,we gave some recommendations.The whole thesis consists of six chapters.Chapter one introduces the background of the research,puts forward the problem,summarizes the train through of research and structure frame of the thesis.The second chapter study the basic theories of the knowledge transfer performance in the strategic alliance.The third chapter study the knowledge transfer process.The fourth chapter elaborated the factor which impacts the knowledge transfer performance in strategic alliance.The factor was divided into three kinds:the knowledge itself;the knowledge transfer entities and context of knowledge transferinthe strategic alliance.The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis based on the theory and verifies the assumptions based on data analysis.The lastchapter is the conclusion and prospects,pointing out that the innovation and inadequate. |
